AshbyCapital's retail investment in Swansea, has been awarded Shopping Complex of the Year at The Welsh Hospitality Awards 2017.
The awards celebrate best-in-class professionals and businesses in the Welsh hospitality industry and are based on a public vote.
Morfa Shopping Park was first shortlisted alongside ten other centres in October, before being announced the winner at the ceremony on Sunday 12th November, hosted at Portland House in Cardiff, by Capital FM's Polly James.
